    Alvaro leads everything related to the artistic universe and technical execution of the festival. His coordination and negotiation skills guarantee an impeccable experience for both artists and the public. He is responsible for booking and contracting artists, negotiating with managers, coordinating technical riders and hospitality, supervising sound, lighting, and visuals, and general management of technical providers.

    Luis is responsible for the integral functioning of the company and its infrastructure. He ensures the coordination of all operational areas, from setup to attendee experience, including complete operational planning, access management, backstage, and VIP areas, supervision of providers (bars, food trucks), schedule control, and relations with authorities and investors.

    Denis manages all economic aspects of the festival, ensuring efficient and transparent administration. He is responsible for creating and controlling the budget, managing payments to artists and providers, invoicing, taxes, internal auditing, preparation of financial reports, and supervising contracts at an economic level.

She is responsible for supervising teams, providers, timelines, budgets, and results, ensuring an impeccable operation in each city of the tour.

    Ainhoa is in charge of commercial management and content development for Dubai Party. As Sales Representative, she boosts alliances with brands, sponsors, and companies. In the content area, she coordinates the creation and supervision of visual and digital pieces aligned with the Dubai Luxury aesthetic, in addition to managing clients and developing content for social media and communication.
